The DLS Hyperdrive pedal is a real piece of beauty featuring axial, radial, and linkage fulcrum adjustments, as well as an adjustable heel blip extension.  While you may not be doing the Kessel run in less than 12 parsecs you can at least make those milk runs, rallys, and track days in some style with the fullest of confidence.
The stock 74-98 factory Porsche throttle pedal is made out of plastic.  The original ones actually lasted quite a long time considering that the thin plastic "hinge" is constantly bending back and forth, one motion closer to detachment each time.  When it does fail the car will be inoperable.  The current day plastic replacements from the factory and aftermarket companies leave a lot to be desired, somehow they've managed to make a cheap plastic part even cheaper and less reliable than the originals.  Do your car and yourself a favor, get a nice throttle pedal that will last forever and provide adjustment to your specific preference.

Aircraft pivot shaft with jet nut.
Precision Teflon/Kevlar bushings provide a smooth no-slop pivot point that will last hundreds of thousands of miles.  If they wear out eventually you can easily replace them.
Adjustable base with slots as well as (6) 2mm shims for customizing position (left, right, fore, aft).
Adjustable stainless steel linkage with ball socket quick disconnect.
