These spring plates are essentially an exact copy of the Porsche OEM spring plates from 1978-1989 but now available in the SWB (short wheelbase configuration).  Ride height adj. conveniently located at the outer mid section of each plate.  For 65-77 model years this is a significant upgrade because those cars did not come equipped with factory adjustable spring plates.  Therefore, ride height adjustments have to be made by a time consuming process of re-indexing the torsion bars to a "close but not perfect setting".  These adjustable spring plates make ride height adjustments far easier and practical, saving a significant amount of time and getting heights set where you want them to be.
