Replacement/upgraded bracket that holds the shift rod bushing under the shifter
Beware of other's products that do not feature an hourglass shape to the bushing.  Straight-wall bushings cause binding as the shift rod moves because the gearbox is not in perfect alignment with the shifter by factory design.
Fits 911 '65-'86, all 912, 930 through '88, 914 with tail-shift, and 914/6 '70-'72 
Replaces factory part 930-424-031-01 and 914-424-224-00
Includes new rod bushing installed
Machined aluminum and black anodized
Design grips bushings tighter than the factory part for a better fit to shift rod, yet large chamfer in bushing hole allows for easier replacement of the bushing.
Utilizes factory bushing 914-424-224-00 (included)
